Predictions
Call the round.
Before each round, pick who takes it. Points come only from knowing more than the model.
Season leaderboard
- Predictions are free. Points have no value: they can't be bought, spent, sent or turned into credits, cards or anything else. This is not a bet.
- The question opens when a round ends and closes on the server the moment the next round starts. Picks that arrive later are refused.
- A right pick earns 100 × (1 − the model's chance for your team when the round started), so backing the favorite is worth little. A wrong pick costs nothing.
- Two side questions close together with the round question: who gets the first kill and whether the bomb gets planted. A right answer earns a flat 20 points. There is no calibrated model for them, so their points are counted separately and never go into your season points or the leaderboard. A round without a kill voids the first-kill question.
- Tournaments add a pick'em: after the draw you get three minutes to call the winners of the bracket matches, and the first match starts only after that. Its points stay on the tournament page and don't count toward the season.
- A pick is voided without points if the round is decided right after the close or the battle restarts.
- Players of a battle and accounts linked to them can't predict it. Only live battles at 1× or 2× speed take predictions.
- The leaderboard ranks accuracy, not volume: your average edge over the model, pulled toward zero while the sample is small. You need at least 20 settled picks in the season. Seasons are calendar months (UTC). The top three of a finished season get a badge: it shows next to their name on the leaderboard and in chat until the next season is closed, and stays in their profile for good.
- You must be 18 or older.
